Want to feel better but bored of competitive sports, gyms, loud screens and music? Finding it hard to exercise? Our Absolute Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect place to start. Taught over 6 weeks, you will build your cardio-vascular health, sculpt your body, build strength, and experience a new level of balance and flexibility. Within this Course there is plenty of time for you to get to grips with the yoga basics, hands on help to learn the right yoga alignment for you, to give you that blissed yoga feeling from your very first session.

Level 1 Yoga Course

Suitable for students who have completed a few of our 6 week beginners courses, this class includes warming the muscles and joints, breath awareness and pranayama practise and flowing sequences of postures to build strength, stamina and flexibility whilst maintaining focus on alignment and co-ordination of movement and breath. Finishing with seated, grounded postures and relaxation for a balanced and rounded yoga practice.

Six Week Course options: Mondays at 6pm, Tuesday 7.30pm or Thursdays at 7.30pm
