The perfect class when you have never stepped on a yoga mat before and you want to be led with great tuition through the foundations of yoga. Our Absolute Beginners classes run on a rolling six week block, so that you can work week upon week within the realms of an absolute beginner before you progress onto the Improvers Course.

Improvers & Re-Starters Yoga Course

Suitable for students who have completed a few of our Absolute Beginners Course or Workshop, or who have fallen off the yoga wagon and are ready to get back into it. This class includes warming the muscles and joints, breath awareness and pranayama practise and flowing sequences of postures to build strength, stamina and flexibility whilst maintaining focus on alignment and co-ordination of movement and breath, and finishing with seated, grounded postures and relaxation for a balanced and rounded yoga practice.
