About Me
I am Anthea, founding teacher at Yoga Healing.
Yoga Healing Glasgow was established in the west-end back in 2009 from my love of Yoga and my value in community, Back then I could not have envisioned that it would take us online, but like many things we are in a place of change, and I hope the launch of our Members Lounge will help you all to connect with each other, develop stronger connections and support wellness throughout our community.
