Not only helping to bring you into a deep state of peace, meditation supports your emotional health too, and when practiced in connection with the moon, meditation brings huge shifts to your emotional and hormonal well-being and your inner compass to help you navigate around your external world with more fluidity and ease.
In 2008 I developed a full series of meditations for my students so that they could begin to increase their level of meditation at home, and over the past 10 years I have received such heart warming feedback on how much they have helped people not only in Glasgow, but far and wide.
The meditations are a collection of four 20 minute meditations that can be practiced at anytime, but also these can be practiced on a daily basis in harmony with the Moon Cycle.
Moon Meditations not only feed and nurture your emotional health, by bringing you into a deep state of relaxation and restoration, but they also help in balancing your sleep cycle, hormonal cycle and nervous system, helping you to feel more connected, inside and out.
New Moon Meditations – For new beginnings
New Moon Meditation is a 20 minute Meditation and Visualisation to support and nourish you at times of starting something new. Perhaps its a new start, a new class, a new job, a new home or a new way of living, New Moon Meditation will support and guide you in these new times.
Rising Moon Meditations – For growing strength
Rising Moon Meditation is a 20 minute Meditation and Visualisation to build strength and courage. It will guide you into focusing and coming back to your centre, helping you to refuel and making tomorrow better than today.
Full Moon Meditation – Connecting to joy
Full Moon Meditation is a 20 minute Meditation and Visualisation to immerse you in the full vibration of living. With beautiful visualisations, Full Moon Meditation will guide you into your heart centre and enabling you to connect fully to the presence of life.
Fading Moon Meditation – For letting go
Fading Moon Meditation is a 20 minute Meditation and Visualisation to support you in letting go of things that no longer help you in life. Within the Meditation you will be guided through Body Scanning to help you feel where you are holding on to make it easier in the process.
