When it comes to the weekend we like to create more space for longer yoga sessions to incorporate other incredible gifts the yoga brings, such as breath-work, meditation, relaxation, mantra and sound.

 

We also run different workshops on all aspect of well-being such as seasonal living, diet, health and yoga philosophy.

Immersions with us at Yoga Healing Glasgow are normally two hours long. Like the word implies, they fully immerse you in the practice of yoga, from postures to sound.
