We value our Yoga Classes beings 1 hour and 15 minutes long as this length of time allows a well-balanced yoga classes to be created, yet when it comes to the weekend, we like to relish in the energy of more time and bring longer sessions to you all that each cover different aspect of yoga, such as movement, breath, sound, meditation and relaxation.


As well as Yoga Immersions running regularly we specialise in Seasonal Yoga Work-shops, Body Clock Workshops and other Yoga Workshops to keep you learning and inspired throughout the whole year.
